3. Document Handling & User Responsibility
- Your divorce documents will be prepared based on the information you provide through our secure online questionnaire. While we pre-fill the necessary legal forms, you are responsible for reviewing and completing any sensitive or personal information—such as Social Security numbers, financial data, or other confidential details.
- If you choose not to provide certain information during the intake process, you accept full responsibility for entering it manually. Incomplete or missing information may result in court rejection, for which we are not liable.

5. Refund Policy
- You may request a refund only if your completed interview questionnaire has not yet been submitted. Once the questionnaire is submitted, document preparation is considered in progress, and your service is deemed rendered.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and before the questionnaire is submitted. No refund will be granted after 48 hours, regardless of whether the questionnaire has been submitted. If a refund is approved, a $50 administrative processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
6. Service Guarantee
- If your documents are rejected by the court due to an error on our part, we will correct the issue at no cost to you. If we are unable to correct the error, we will issue a 100% refund of the Service Fee. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your documents.
